Australia vs New Zealand, 1st ODI, Live Score Updates: Devon Conway top-scored with a knock of 46 as New Zealand set a 233-run target for Australia in the first ODI of the three-match series. Glenn Maxwell returned with four wickets for Australia. Earlier, the 81-run stand for the second wicket between Devon Conway and Kane Williamson was ended by Adam Zampa in the 23rd over as he dismissed Conway. Soon after, Williamson also perished for 45 and New Zealand lost their third wicket. Earlier, Australia got off to an ideal start as Mitchell Starc dismissed Martin Guptill in the fifth over of the innings after skipper Aaron Finch opted to bowl first New Zealand in the first ODI of the three-match series at the Cazaly’s Stadium in Cairns. Australia had last won the series against Zimbabwe 2-1, but it is important to remember that the side suffered a seven-wicket loss in the third and final ODI.
