The UFC has added a highly ranked welterweight matchup between Gilbert Burns and Neil Magny to its UFC 282 pay-per-view on Jan. 21, sources told ESPN on Tuesday.

The 170-pound bout should be finalized shortly. UFC 282 will take place at Jeunesse Arena in Rio de Janeiro.

Burns (20-5) recently accused UFC welterweight Jorge Masvidal of ducking fight dates against him in November, December and January. Masvidal, who hasn’t fought since March, disputed those claims in a video on social media and offered to fight Burns next March.

Burns, who was born in Rio de Janeiro, instead will next face Magny as Burns looks for his first win since a unanimous decision loss to Khamzat Chimaev in April. Burns is 1-2 in his past three bouts, with the other loss coming in a title fight against then-champion Kamaru Usman.

Magny (27-9) is the winningest welterweight in UFC history, with 20 victories. He surpassed Georges St-Pierre‘s mark of 19 in his previous fight, a third-round submission against Daniel Rodriguez.

Burns and Magny are the respective No. 5 and No. 12 welterweights in UFC.

A flyweight championship fight between Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno is currently slated to headline UFC 282.
