UFC Fight Night: Andrade vs. Blanchfield — how to watch, plus analysis and betting advice

MMA

Four weeks after she scored a dominant top-10 win, former strawweight champion and onetime women’s flyweight title challenger Jessica Andrade is back this weekend, taking on rising prospect Erin Blanchfield in a short-notice booking at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.

The fights at the UFC Apex are on ESPN+, with the 7 p.m. ET main card preceded by prelims at 4 p.m.

Andrade (24-9), who reigned briefly at 115 pounds in 2019 and challenged Valentina Shevchenko for the 125-pound title in 2021, has won three fights in a row, most recently a brutal decision victory over Lauren Murphy on Jan. 21. Andrade, who stepped in this week after Taila Santos pulled out of the flyweight bout, is No. 2 in the ESPN divisional rankings.

Blanchfield (10-1) has won seven in a row, including all four of her UFC bouts. In November, she dominated Molly McCann, winning by first-round submission.

Also on the card is Jim Miller, the UFC’s all-time leader in fights (40) and wins (24). The veteran lightweight, who has won three in a row, faces a late-replacement opponent, Alexander Hernandez.
