Sources: Giannis (hamstring) won’t play vs. Suns

NBA

Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo will not play in Sunday’s game against the Phoenix Suns due to left hamstring soreness, sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Antetokounmpo, who was listed as questionable, will miss his first game since March 4 against the LA Clippers, when he did not play due to a left Achilles issue.

Antetokounmpo’s absence comes as the Bucks get wing Khris Middleton back. Middleton is set to play in his first game after missing more than a month with a left ankle sprain.

The Bucks enter Sunday win a one-game lead over the Cleveland Cavaliers for the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference.
