The Premier League title race will be wrapped up this weekend, with Manchester City in pole position to lift a record fourth-straight league title and Arsenal ready to pounce should they slip up.

City head into Sunday’s final matchday with a two-point lead over Arsenal, meaning a victory at home against West Ham will guarantee them the title.

However, Arsenal’s superior goal difference means they will be in a position to win the title should City draw or lose. In either case, Arsenal must beat Everton at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal have not won the Premier League since they lifted the title in 2003-04 as “Invincibles” by not losing a single match.

Meanwhile, City are looking to add to their dominance of English football in the past decade. A win on Sunday would mark their 10th English top-flight title and their sixth since Pep Guardiola took charge in 2016.

Elsewhere on Sunday, Jürgen Klopp will bid farewell to Liverpool in his final game in charge, taking place against Wolves at Anfield.

At the bottom of the table, two clubs have already been relegated with Luton Town all-but-certain to join them in the Championship next season.

Rob Edwards’ side are in 18th place, three points behind 17th placed Nottingham Forest but with a far inferior goal difference — Luton would need a 12-goal swing in their direction. Luton will face Fulham at home, while Forest travel to Burnley.
