Bills land star WR Cooper in trade with Browns

NFL

The Cleveland Browns are trading wide receiver Amari Cooper to the Buffalo Bills, sources told ESPN on Tuesday.

In the trade, the Browns will receive a 2025 third-round pick and a 2026 seventh-round selection in exchange for Cooper and a 2025 sixth-round pick, a source told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Cooper fills the No. 1 receiver void for the Bills that was opened when the team traded Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans before the season.

Cooper, 30, has 24 receptions for 250 yards and two touchdowns for the Browns this season, his third with the franchise.

The five-time Pro Bowl selection has 691 receptions for 9,736 yards and 62 touchdowns in his 10-season career.
