Sources: Warriors’ Curry returning against Suns

NBA

Stephen Curry will return and start Tuesday night for the Golden State Warriors against the Phoenix Suns, sources told ESPN’s Kendra Andrews.

The star point guard’s minute load is still being decided, the sources said.

Curry missed the Warriors’ past 11 games with a left shoulder subluxation.

On Friday, Curry said his return would happen “when I’m ready.” That day, Curry participated in contact and 5-on-5 work for the first time since getting injured.

On Monday, Curry was a full practice participant and scrimmaged again. He has been wearing a sleeve on his left arm, which he said is for both function and athletics.

Without Curry, the Warriors have gone 6-5, not including the game against Indiana when he got injured.
