SL vs AFG, 1st ODI Live Updates: Afghanistan won the toss and elected to bowl first Friday in the opener of their three match ODIs against Sri Lanka in Pallekele. The visitors opted to play four pacers with all-rounder Rashid Khan left out of the squad last month to recover from back surgery. For Sri Lanka, Pramod Madushan was preferred ahead of bowling all-rounder Chamika Karunaratne.
